The challenge

Ceramics are used in many demanding products. Heat shields, cutting tools, medical implants, and electronic parts all rely on them. But the way ceramics are developed has not changed in decades. Companies mix a recipe, bake it, test it, and repeat. This is slow and expensive.

Global Singularity does it differently. We design ceramics through computational simulation. Running on a large HPC cluster, we build new materials atom by atom and calculate exactly how they will behave before anyone makes a sample. This turns ceramics development from slow lab work into fast, predictable engineering.

How our approach works

We start at the atomic level. Using our large HPC cluster, we build new ceramic compositions on the computer and calculate the properties that matter for each use case. This includes hardness, heat resistance, electrical behaviour, chemical stability, and many others.

By running thousands of simulations across our HPC infrastructure, we find materials that would never be discovered through normal lab work. Every material we design is added to our database, with its full property profile.

Our materials database

Customers can search our ceramics database directly. You can look for a material by the properties you need. For example, a target operating temperature, a required hardness, a specific electrical property, or a combination of these. The database returns matching materials with full computed data sheets.

This means your engineering team can find the right ceramic and check its properties before any sample is made. What used to take months of searching and testing now takes a few queries.

What we deliver

Our catalogue covers a wide range of demanding uses. These include high temperature parts, wear resistant tools, electronic ceramics, and bioceramics for medical use. The same platform that designs a heat shield can also design a sensor material or a medical implant ceramic. This makes our database especially valuable when off the shelf materials do not exist for your needs.

We do not license raw materials or composition recipes. Customers receive the finished ceramic component, made by us to your specification and ready for use in your product or system.
